Cardio Sessions

Bristol Dojo Cardio sessions are a great way to get fit and stay fit whilst have great fun too! We run Cardio Combat and Cardio Circuit sessions every week so just don't think about getting into shape, make it happen with our help!

Cardio Combat sessions are a fast paced, high energy workout designed to tone, build, sculpt and strengthen your body whilst burning fat!Cardio ComabtBristol Dojo Cardio

Cardio Combat is a full body workout from head to toe, incorporating Karate style kicks and punches to music that will strengthen, shape and condition your whole body. Cardio Combat burns fat like no other activity and it’s great fun too!

This high-intensity workout is intended to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Start slowly and gradually build your output at your own pace to achieve your individual goals. Whether your aim is weight loss or fitness, Cardio Combat will help you get the results you want.

Classes are taught st Bristol Dojo on Wednesday evenings from 6.00-7.00pm and cost £5.00 per session.

For an extra challenge, why not try a "Cardio Double" by doing Cardio Combat and then Cardio Circuits straight after! There is a 50% discount on Cardio Circuits when doing a" Cardio Double" on Wednesdays.

There is no joining or membership fee, just turn up and watch a class from the comfort of our cafe-bar or join in!

Dojo Comment - Cardio Combat is getting very popular and gives you a great workout. Suitable for everyone 14 years and over regardless of fitness levels.

See your fitness build and the pounds fall off with our twice weekly sessions at Bristol Dojo. Cardio Circuits are suitable for all ages as children have their own section.

Cardio CircuitsSession 1 - Wednesday evenings - 7.00-7.45pm - These Cardio Circuits use multiple stations including gym ball's, step's, light weights, medicine ball's, hurdles and kick bags to really give you an all over "burn"! As all station exercises are timed you can progress at you own pace and build your output over the weeks and see your fitness levels rise. Ages 14 years and over only.

Session 2 - Saturday mornings - 10.00-11.00am - These Cardio Circuits are agility and aerobic based and all the family can join in. Cardio Circuits are great fun and really burn away those calories with our unique agility circuits. Steps, hoops, cones and fitness balls all combine in one massive circuit that you can go through at your own pace pushed on by some pumping music. Saturday Cardio Circuits are suitable for all ages as children have their own fun section. Saturday sessions form part of our "Fit 2 Fight" program.

Cardio Kids

Cardio Circuits are great fun for children and help to promote a healthy lifestyle! Saturday morning sessions start at 10.00am and help to keep the next generation fit and healthy. Ages start from 6 years up to adults.

Bristol Dojo promotes family fitness and with Cardio Circuits on Saturday mornings parents can train at the same time as their children.
